There are many forms of magnesium, and they differ significantly in how well they are absorbed. It is not enough to know the name of a well-absorbed form, because it does not reveal two essential things: Does it cause loose stools? If it does, it is already less well absorbed… The other is whether it is a "fully reacted" form. If not, a significant part of the magnesium is not present in the form stated among the ingredients, but has remained in an inorganic form.

In our product, the magnesium is present exclusively bound to the amino acid glycine, i.e. it is a "fully reacted" organic form. In our experience, this form causes neither loose stools nor any other problems, even for those with sensitive stomachs.

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule twice a day. It is best to take one capsule in the evening after dinner or before bedtime, and the other after any meal.

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch inside the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, and later reseal it carefully; this way its contents remain consumable for a quarter of a year.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children.
